I've added a couple of RSS feeds that are automatically updated when content is added/changed on the site

• Recent Wiki Changes - Will list all the changes to the wiki, just as the Recent Changes does.
• Recent Forum Posts - Will list all the new forum posts, including comments posted on individual pages, just as the Recent Posts does.

In addition to those general feeds, each forum category has its own feed (accessible from its page) and each forum thread has a feed too (also accessible from its own page).
